Ingredients

  1. Pre-heat the grill to high with the deep pan plate attached. Add the olive oil and onions.  Cook for 1-2 minutes stirring occasionally.  Add the potatoes and cook for 5-10 minutes stirring occasionally or until the potatoes start to become soft.  Turn the grill down to low 5 minutes after adding the potatoes.
  2. Whisk the eggs together and slowly add to the deep pan plate. Close the lid and cook until golden brown, approximately a further 5-10 minutes.
