Method

  1. Steam the rice.
  2. Blend the rice, sweetcorn, green pepper, onion, pepper, juice and chilli powder to a coarse texture. Shape the mixture into 4 burgers. Refridgerate for 2 hours.
  3. Spray the grill lightly with non-fat cooking spray. Grill the burgers until well browned (6-7 minutes).
  4. Serve in the buns.
