Grilled Brussels Sprout Skewers

Ingredients

Can be made using any George Foreman grill – we recommend the Large Fit Grill or Smokeless BBQ Grill.

  1. Parboil your sprouts in boiling salted water for 2-3 minutes. Drain in a colander and place into a bowl of iced water to cool thoroughly.
  2. Drain again once fully cooled, then dry thoroughly on kitchen paper.
  3. Once dried, thread each sprout onto the skewers one by one, making sure they are all centred evenly on each skewer, then set aside briefly.
  4. Pre-heat your favourite George Foreman Grill to maximum.
  5. Brush your sprout skewers with olive oil, then season to taste with salt and pepper, and grill for 7-12 minutes until charred and piping hot.
  6. Serve alongside your favourite roast dinner or as a BBQ side for a fun twist on the usual sprouts!
