Ingredients

We recommend: the George Foreman Evolve Grill with Deep Pan Plate

Serves: 6-8

  1. Sift together the flour, bicarbonate of soda and salt in a bowl, set aside.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the butter, muscovado sugar and golden caster sugar together until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the vanilla extract and eggs into the sugar mixture, and combine thoroughly.
  4. Fold the sifted dry ingredients into the sugar mix, then add the chocolate chunks and Crème Eggs. Combine thoroughly, but don’t overmix.
  5. Lightly grease the deep pan plate of your George Foreman Evolve Grill, add the cookie dough and even out.
  6. Attach the deep pan plate to the grill and cook on medium heat for 15-20 minutes.
  7. Serve with your favourite ice cream while still hot, and dig in!
