Steak Chimichurri


For the chimichurri –

Can be made using any George Foreman grill – we recommend the Large Fit Grill or Smokeless BBQ Grill.

Serves: 2

  1. Remove the steaks from the fridge at least half an hour before cooking.
  2. While you wait, prepare the chimichurri salsa by chopping and mixing together all of the ingredients apart from the steaks. Set aside for later.
  3. Once your steaks are room temperature, drizzle with a little olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Pre-heat your favourite George Foreman Grill to maximum.
  5. Once it is fully up to temperature, cook the steaks to your liking – the time this will take will depend on the thickness of your beef.
  6. Remove from the grill and allow to rest for at least 3 minutes before serving.
  7. Serve with the chimichurri drizzled over the steaks, and pair with your favourite sides – we recommend chunky chips or grilled new potatoes!
