In a bowl, combine all burger ingredients together and mix well. Divide into 4 equal amounts and mould into round burger patties. Cover with cling film and leave to rest in the fridge for about 30 minutes, or overnight if you need.
Pre-heat your favourite George Foreman Grill to maximum. Grill the burgers until fully cooked and the juices run clear. If you are using an Evolve Grill, pre-heat the grill to 220ºC with the probe set to 75ºC. Insert the probe into the centre of one of the burgers. When the grill is ready, place the burgers onto the grill and cook until the probe light turns green and the grill beeps.
Remove cooked burgers from grill and place a slice of cheese on top of the patties while still hot, so the cheese melts.
Cut open ciabatta buns and grill slightly until lightly toasted.
To serve, spread some Cajun mayonnaise on the bottom of the toasted ciabatta, then place some lettuce on top. Place the cheesy turkey burger on top of the lettuce and top with some crushed avocado and sliced red onion. Finish with the top of the ciabatta buns and dig in!
