Delivery

We will despatch your order within 7-10 working days subject to, stock levels, Company closure and bank holidays. If there is going to be a delay for stock reason we will contact you. We cannot ship deliveries to PO Boxes.

Please note: for orders requiring shipment outside of the UK, payment will not be taken and orders will not be processed.

The delivery tariffs is based on the weight of the total order.

All deliveries will require a signature on receipt. Please ensure that someone is present at the delivery address to sign for the order. You can track the status of your order by inputing your login code on our track order page. Your login code is emailed to you when you complete your order.

Cancellation or Changing your order

Once you have placed your order you will be issued with an order number and an email confirmation. You can cancel from the day you placed the order upto 7 days after receiving the goods for any reason. We will refund the full amount paid to you within 30 days. Returning orders or item/s is at the consumer's cost, and we will deduct the direct cost from the refund. Returns

We endeavor to supply only the highest quality products. However, if you are unhappy with the product in anyway it can be returned to us within 28 days following the steps outlined below. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible.

Returning orders or item/s is at the consumer's cost. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature upon delivery. Please return the items to Russell Hobbs Limited, Customer Service Department, Fir Street, Failsworth, Manchester, M35 0HS. Please include the completed returns slip or a piece of paper with your name and address, order number, reason for return and the date on which you receive it. If a returned item has been opened or used it may be subject to a 10% restocking charge as the item can no longer be resold at our normal price.

Faulty Items - If an item is found to be faulty, which you did not order, or for any other reason which is our fault, please contact us on 0845 658 9700 or by email contact us. We will then supply the correct pre-paid label or postage to enable its return. If goods are found to be faulty, which you did not order, or our fault will either replace the product or give you a full refund.
