Chimichurri Bread

Method

  1. Preheat your George Foreman grill.
  2. In a small dish, mash together the butter, Parmesan, herbs, chilli flakes, garlic and salt; stir in the parsley.
  3. Split the baguette in half horizontally, spread with the butter mixture over cut sides and place in your George.
    Toast for 1 – 2 minutes.
  4. Serve immediately as an acompliment or just as it is!

Top Tip: this is great with a slice of rare steak or duck… Mmmmmm.

Ingredients
  • 3 tbsp. unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
  • ¾ tsp. dried oregano leaves
  • ¾ tsp. dried thyme leaves
  • ¾ tsp. chilli flakes
  • 4 garlic clove
  • Salt to taste
  • 1½ cups fresh parsley
  • 1 baguette
