- Preheat your George Foreman grill.
- In a small dish, mash together the butter, Parmesan, herbs, chilli flakes, garlic and salt; stir in the parsley.
- Split the baguette in half horizontally, spread with the butter mixture over cut sides and place in your George.
Toast for 1 – 2 minutes.
- Serve immediately as an acompliment or just as it is!
Top Tip: this is great with a slice of rare steak or duck… Mmmmmm.
