Would have been nice to be able to send it to a different address as it's a Christmas present and don't want it to arrive at my address unnecessarily. No option to deliver to another address was given. Apart from that everything is superb. This is the 2nd time I've bought from yourselves after being recommended one by my son (believe it or not). He uses his at Uni and told me about it.

Extreamly easy to navigate through the steps of order procedure. The website presentation (colour and definition ) was very pleasing to the eye.

I am 80 yrs old, and have used Model No. 10199 for several years on a regular basis, about four times a week, and finally the grill has given up, so I am happy to renew.
I hope this new model will serve me as well.

Why do you omit from your website the most important details required by consumers!!!!!

What is the electric rating of the product, what is the maximum power required ie is it the full 13amps or not!!!!

I already have a George Foreman grill and use it lots. I have ordered two more to give as presents.

The sponges are great for cleaning my grill, it's so quick and easy. Well worth buying them.

Disappointed there was no information or paperwork in the box to explain how to use or no guarentee form to fill in and return.

It would be better to receive a customer order number when completing the sale prior to waiting for the confirmation email.

Just used grill machine for the first time and have produced divine toasties for the kids. So easy. Can't wait to experiment some more and am looking forward to receiving recipe book for more ideas.

was looking for a grill as a present for my student friend and was very happy to see you have a section dedicated to this! excellent seeing as i am not a grill expert!

it's good that you have a vegetarian recipe section as it is always meat and chicken that is mentioned in descriptions, so it's nice to know vegetarians can get a lot of use out of it too (and not just cook vegetables like the pics show). this may help you reach a wider audience.

have now just purchased my 2nd gf. my first was used almost every day and has become a bit of a non stick nightmare though overuse. this time i went for the gf with removable plates to make for easier cleaning. just wish it had come wtih 2 drip trays instead of one as sometimes need to wait for the fat to solidify and when im cooking it can get close to over flowing and then have to do some trickery with an empty tin and hot fat.

other than the drip tray issue cant wait to start using it. my previous one will still be used, but more for things that wont stick to the plates.

fantastic grill, used one at my mates house recently, much easier than messing about with frying pans or the grill or the oven, (quicker and must be cheaper on fuel too) and so easy to clean.

Your site it to complex for the novice - I could not easily compare products against each other. Put them in a table next to each other.

i found this website very useful and interesting the whole design keeps you focused and unlike some websites its not over loaded where you find yourself being distracted from what your looking at.

I thought your website and ordering process was easy to navigate through - my only suggestion would be that you offer customers the option to have an item delivered to an alternative address. I usually have mail order items delivered to my Mum's address as she is retired and always available to accept parcels. Unfortunately your online ordering facility did not offer this option.

Got so fed up washing the gas barbeque we bought model 13589 FAB! Use inside and out. Son so impressed just ordered him one for his birthday!!

Just wanted to make one comment after buying a small grill today - I would think it preferable if the grills were fitted with white electric leads and plugs to match the majority of other kitchen equipment and the white wall sockets.

This makes it so much easier to be healthier!
