We are now on our 2nd Georgeforeman grill in 6 years and are throughly pleased with them, the only gripe we had was that the teflon coating on the hot plates seemed only to last a couple of years resulting in the entire unit needing to be scrapped, but now with you developing the removable plate system and selling replacment plates I dare say we will be brand followers for a good deal of time to come.
